How do we get started?
It starts with a conversation. Tell us a little about your team, your timeline, and what you're hoping to create. Whether you need a single event shirt, one design across a few products, or a complete online team store, we'll meet you where you are and build a plan that fits your program.
What does the process look like?
We keep things simple. First, we'll create custom designs—or work with artwork you already have. Once you've selected your favorites, we'll finalize your timeline, build your online store, and provide everything you need for a successful launch.
From there, your community orders directly through the store while Sideline Studio manages production and coordinates delivery back to your team's designated contact.
How long does it take?
Most custom team stores are ready to launch in about five weeks.
If you already have artwork or you're looking for a simple event shirt, we can often move more quickly. If you're planning around a parent meeting, camp, fundraiser, or season kickoff, we'll build the schedule around your target date whenever possible.
Can we use our own artwork?
Absolutely. Some teams come with a complete vision, while others are looking for fresh ideas.
We're happy to build around your existing idea or create something entirely new—whatever best reflects your team and community.
How much work is involved for our team?
As much—or as little—as you'd like. Some teams have artwork ready to go, while others want help creating an entire collection. We'll make the process simple, handle the details—from store setup to production and launch materials—and keep everything organized so you can stay focused on your team.
How do I find my team's store?
Each team has its own dedicated storefront. Simply select your team from the main menu or use the direct link shared by your organization.
What sizes do you offer?
Most collections are available from XS to 4XL, with select styles extending to 5XL. Many collections also include youth sizes. We carefully choose apparel that provides a comfortable, consistent fit across a wide range of sizes.
Are all products the same quality across teams?
Yes. Every collection is produced using the same premium standards for quality, comfort, and durability.
Can family members and supporters order too?
Absolutely! Our collections are designed for athletes, coaches, families, alumni, and fans because these moments are something the whole community shares.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Because every item is custom-made specifically for your team, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, simply contact us within seven days of delivery. We'll make it right by replacing your item as quickly as possible.
Will new teams be added?
Yes! We're always partnering with new schools, athletic programs, and community organizations, so new Sideline Studio collections are added throughout the year.
